  I have been using Sears Auto Center for a couple of years now. I was tired of spending an entire day at the dealership (because they won't take appointments) and then spending 25-50% more for services. I LOVE Sears Auto Center. I spend less time waiting for my car to have work done. I get honest and dependable information about what my car needs. I get reasonable prices and always have coupons offered. I don't get pressured into doing things I don't need. I feel as if I have a rapport with the guys that work there and I feel respected. I LOVE this location!

  Terrible service. Every time we come they complain about how busy they are, but we just came by to drop off our car on a Tuesday (to fix a problem they caused by not changing my rotors correctly last week) and they are closed at 5pm! When their sign clearly says they close at 6, and online says 7. Way to leave us high and dry Sears. Makes so much sense to close early when you’re swamped.

  I purchased a new tire and had it installed. I had just purchased the vehicle used and they looked it over for any damaged or worn items so that I had a list of items to repair. They also were very informative on what needs to be repaired in order to make my vehicle safe on the road. Thank you.
