  The best regardless who thinks contrary. Very consistent with service and food quality... and quantity. Clean workers with awesome Christian attitudes. Keeps drinks topped off and always checks on you to make sure you're good. Other Rib joints are good too, but very inconsistent. Smoking Pit is the spot for me and my family.

  Smo-king pit has wonderful brisket and delicious barbeque sauce. We stop at the mall simply to eat here. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Peoria. Great food, exceptional service.
