  I decided to go to smile design because they offered a discounted price on teeth whitening, I should have known discounts for doctors usually mean sub-par quality. I also had a checkup, during the same visit in which they told me I had cavities. They gave me a quote (at which point they offered another 20% off). They told me my out of pocket would be zero. I agreed to get the work done but when the bill came they tried charging me $500. I called, they said it was a mistake and said it should be $75. They sent a revised bill in that amount and less than a week later I got another for $280. They said they forgot about my original cleaning so my insurance wouldn't pay it all and the $280 was the difference. Thy knew what my insurance was and my limit. They agreed to cut the price In half, but I should have to pay anything since they hire ignorant people that fail to be able to fulfill their receptionist tasks...take it of of their pay! Needless to say, this dental office is a scam and i will NEVER return to such a pathetic excuse for a dental office!
