  We have lived here almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. We are fortunate to have great neighbors and its overall very quiet. I love the location! We are secluded, but yet so close to everything Peoria has to offer. Micah is always great if I have any questions and is almost always available, if I need to go to the office. If I can make any suggestions it would be to remember to salt the second set of stairs. During icy/snowy weather, maintenance tends to salt the first set of stairs pretty well, but forget the second set. We have had a few instances this winter of it being pretty slippery on the steps and at the base.
