  I’ve been to several very good Wendy’s, but this was not one of them. Firstly, I spent about twenty minutes waiting for the cashier to get through about five people’s orders. Then, when I went to place my order (two plain junior bacon cheeseburgers and a double cheeseburger combo with only ketchup), the cashier rudely declared that her way of ringing up my order was better than the way I had placed it (her exact words were, “do you want it your way or my way”). After I finally placed my order, my food came up almost immediately and I left with it only to discover that every burger had been made with everything on it contrary to what I had requested. This is honestly the worst service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant.

  Toured with group of high school students...management was exceptional in answering student questions. The restaurant was spotless and staff seemed genuinely happy and appreciated by management
