I ordered an arrangement delivery and everything was confirmed via email. The following morning at 11:30 I received a call from Troy's to inform me that the flowers in the arrangement I selected now have a premium because the delivery is in Hawaii. I live in Hawaii. The address for Troy's Florist in only a few miles from where I live, and even closer to the location of delivery. The woman told me it would cost an additional $30, but that she would be willing to settle for $15. The arrangement price was originally $50. No stuck in the situation I authorized the additional $15. I told the woman I would be immediately going to Yelp. She replied,"You can do that". Now, after reading all the reviews, I wish I'd cancelled my order. Fingers crossed.
