  This place is very unorganized. I showed up for an interview and when I walked in the HR told me that the person who was supposed to conduct the interview wasn't there and she 'probably forgot.' That's really nice. Anyway, I graciously told them I would come back, so they had me fill an application out and the next day I got a call saying the position has been filled. Thanks for wasting my time. Had I drove from an hour away, as I have done for other job interviews, I would be very upset. I suppose wasting employed people's requested time off (taken for an interview) and unemployed people's gas money is what this company is good for. If they are this unorganized, I can't imagine how they care for their residents. St. Francis Woods is extremely disorganized. If an applicant didn't show up to an interview and 'forgot' about it and wanted to re-schedule, I highly doubt they would give them a chance, but its ok if you're on the other side of the hiring table. Received a call the next day stating they already hired someone. Surely they knew that before I came in for my interview. A cancellation 30 minutes to an hour before the interview would have been nice. Irresponsible and unorganized workers at this company. Wouldn't recommend applying there and probably wouldn't recommend placing an elderly citizen here. There's better options.
