  I was not thrilled with this place. First, she said she couldn't do what I wanted in the picture I showed her. I figured she was just inexperienced because I've gotten ombre/gradation nails done with regular polish elsewhere (she said they were acrylic in the picture). Second, I tried to make conversation with her but I only got non-verbal responses (a smile or a giggle) so I stopped talking to her.
  She did a good job on my cuticles and arm/hand massage, but then she completely rushed through the polish, which I thought was weird.
  Then another customer walked in, and she put my hands in the dryer and went over to have full conversations with the other customer while someone else was working on her nails! And this customer was offered a drink! Nobody offered me a drink. I left a $4 tip for a $18 manicure (more than 20%), but in hindsight, I should've left maybe $1 for the nice massage.

  This nail spa is wonderful! It's very clean and neat. Soothing music throughout your salon experience with great massage recliner chairs. I love the pedicures and gel manicures with the hot stone massage & hot towels for legs and feet! They give attention to details and I didn't feel rushed but had a relaxing experience! Julie, the owner, and Jenny are delightful and I intend to make SMILE my special treat on a regular basis! Try them and you will leave with a SMILE!
