  The instructors and office staff here treat students with total disrespect. The woman at the front desk will constantly call you and is nice in the beginning but after you are in her true colors show. Their teaching methods are not useful and you are treated as the inferior. When it comes to actually driving you barely have time to learn how to drive. The instructors constantly yell at you when they should be more understanding and helpful. Even though they tell you that you will have your cdl license in 30days if you do not pass they have you come back once a month to retest without any practice. Every time you make a mistake it is treated as a failure write up with the office. Instructors are not looked at as the reason for the students mistakes. If you voice your concerns with the staff you are written up as not understanding the process in the first place. They do anything and everything in their power to keep their names clear. Overall it is the unprofessional instructors that waste time with 15min cigarette breaks every hour and do not show support to their students. I would not recommend this company to a person that has no prior trucking experience. Signing up with this company was one of the biggest mistakes of my life.
