  I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while almost a dozen employees are running around making food and helping the drive thru, the line inside is building up and at least two people behind me walked out. The cashier who I'm assuming is also the manager was standing at the front yelling to the back of the kitchen for people do do various things which was completely unnecessary and rather annoying as I'm standing there being ignored . It also doesn't look professional to have a pack of Newports sticking out of your breast pocket while interacting with customers. As a brand new store with your biggest competition right next door I really expected a lot more from the store leadership (I'm assuming and hoping I'm wrong). Especially since the Knoxville location has notoriously bad service I usually only go to the East Peoria location. The food was good. No complaints for the back of the house, just the rude woman with the crippling smoking habit that thinks yelling is the best way to communicate with her staff.
