  Had issues with management "fixing" things incorrectly. Water line in bathroom busted..waited 3 days for them to fix. Some furniture was destroyed due to soaked rug. Loud fighting neighbors all times of night. Before I moved, the last straw was when I saw a bedbug in the hall. Didnt pay landlord a cent until issues were fixed and taken care off CORRECTLY with care..in which they were not...so I moved to a better apartment. I heard they have new management since I left..but if its the same landlord..rent with caution
