  The units are okay to live, management is not so gr8 and not very responsive. Maintenance very poor. one should call leasing office several times then also no will turn up. they say if something is not okay, tenants have to make habit of living with it. Some examples your flush is not working, balcony blinds is not working, dishwasher not working, door bell is not working, stove is not working etc. For any kind of Maintenance request be prepared to call leasing several times, firstly maintenance will never turn up, by mistake if they do, they claim that this can't be fixed and tenant has to pay for fixing it. Yes you heard it right tenant has to pay for it, otherwise you have to live with that as is..
