  Trying to start trash service with this company was horrendous. Their staff is poorly trained and have zero phone etiquette. Grimm Brother Trucking does work for PDC which doesn't have an online turn on and off function (which having lived in 6 cities for internships, college, and as military wife is sub par) which makes me wonder if their other technology is update since their website and phone support are not. I will make more of an effort to find a different company to service my needs in the future.
