  It was very easy working with Eric White and this company, we got a much lower interest rate, however because we are both self-employed had to add mortgage insurance which really takes away from our lower interest rate. Our credit has always been good and now we must wait so many years before we can drop that from our loan.

  Thanks to this group we are without a home and out all of our money! Absolutely the worst experience of my life!!! The most unorganized thing I’ve ever been through! Eric and Kristina had ALL of our information from the get go and pre approved us and ensured us that this was no problem. All up until the week before closing to find out they all of a sudden had to have us contact bank personnel to ask for things to be removed that they had known about for over a month! We were pre approved off of Eric’s judgment from the information we gave him so we made other arrangements for someone to move into our home 9 days after closing and now we have to leave our home with no where to go. These people asked us for a statement pertaining to a bank issue and after we wrote the statement Eric and Kristina went through and just wrote their own statement because they thought it would sound better without us knowing. DO NOT do business with these people , it’s a scam and there are many realtors and bankers we’ve since spoken with that highly advise us to ever trust them again. You have to do all of your own leg work just to find out they’re just guessing whether they can get you approved or not.. Holy cow be careful people!

  I saw their ad on craigslist on VA loans for veterans. I was able to finance a house thru the VA with them for a very nice interest rate. They recommended a realtor that was familiar with VA loans. Looked at a few houses and moved in my house in a couple of months. I had average credit score and ended up with putting down $200 in escrow and less then $100 in closing with house payments within $20 of what I was paying in rent. My experience was great. I would recommend to anyone I knew without question. Two years later I'm still very satisfied.
