  We built our home in Pekin in 2013. This is the only home we have built and did not know what to expect. Our experience could not have been better. We based our design on a C&L home we had visited. We made several design changes with John's assistance and enthusiastic support. The recommendations he made were spot on and improved our ideas. The allowances allowed were very adequate and the folks John sent us to were exceptional. They made the many choices we had to make very manageable. C & L did everything they said they would do and accomplished it on the agreed price we had before starting the project. Less than a year later we are living in our 5* energy efficient house and everything is completed. We are happy to recommend C & L Homes. They are a dependable, reliable builder.
