  To be honest, I feel taken. When I called about the problem, which I stated I knew was with the sensor, I could have been told how to reset it. When I bought the new sensor, my wife could have been told how to reset it. Instead, I had to pay $94 for a part that I may not have needed and would like to return and the very nice gentlemen came out and turned a knob for 3 seconds and charged me $174. Good customer service would have been asking if we tried to reset (which we did, but the instructions weren't accurate) and then told how to properly try to avoid a service call. There were two opportunities to do this and it wasn't done at either. I'm looking for a good plumber to work with me over the next several years, but I don't feel Arnold & Sons has my best interest at heart.
