  Needed a tux for an out-of-town wedding. Madeline was very helpful in selecting what I needed. She was knowledgeable as to styles, fitting, etc. The process was very smooth and she was very pleasant to work with. Pickup and return was "uneventful". Would rent from Seno in Peoria, IL again if the need arose. Thank you, Madeline.

  Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Made an appointment at Seno showed up about 10 minutes early. The woman working was very rude and acted annoyed as if we were just walk -ins. So after several minutes of not being approached/greeted, I let her know that we were her 6 o'clock appointment and she responded with "Yeah" as if I were stupid for letting her know and she was already aware of that. They did not have a very big selection to choose from and she didn't come out from behind the counter until we started dressing the manic-ans ourselves so we could get a better idea of what we liked. After finding what we liked I wanted to see what it would look like on my fiance. She again acted as if we were complete idiots and said she would have to order the suits from their warehouse and we would have to make another appointment to come back and try them on. (Which later I found out is standard for all tuxedo companies) regardless, going to Seno is a complete waste of time service was absolutely horrible. The only reason I went there in the first place was because I had $50 off coupons I had received at a bridal show earlier this year for all the groomsmen. They had a $50 sale going on already so we couldn't even use the coupons. Pointless, complete waste. Do not waste your time or money here. Go to Men's Wearhouse and Carlos will take care of you!
