From the superior product selection and quality to the ease of working with Ted, the showroom gave us ample opportunity to make the best choices for our tornado damaged home. When Ted was not in the showroom, we found the rest of the staff as informative and helpful with a nod to Shawn as well.
  Ted came to our home and diligently checked each the situation on both floors and within each room to allow for the warranties and quality of the flooring to shine.
  Ted was very specific with all of the concerns he had and the work that needed to be performed to allow his crew to have a smooth installation. Ted's eye to attention and detail allowed us to clearly understand the responsibility of our contractor and the responsibility of his team.
