  I own a customer service business and I called these guys because they installed some equipment in a home that I bought prior to my purchasing in it so I wanted to give them an opportunity to come out and test my water and give me an update on the quality of my equipment and they feel that I'm so unimportant that they wouldn't even do that without charging me a fee so you just lost all my business in the future. It's surprising to me you're still in business.
